Tuna Salad and A Winner!

LUNCH

For lunch today I made a very interesting Tuna salad sandwich on a WW Bagel Thins. I made what I could because, I haven’t gone “real” grocery shopping for the week. What I mean by “real” is I went last night, but only picked up the essentials: bread, milk, bananas, and apples.

In my tuna I mixed in a little avocado, Greek yogurt, spicy mustard,  black bean salsa, and added two sliced tomatoes. It actually tasted pretty darn good!

A lovely lunch!

I forgot to tell you guys this morning that I went on my second long run for my marathon training!!! I woke up really late Saturday morning and almost didn’t go, but Hubby made encouraged me to do it. Thanks Hubs! It wasn’t my best run, I was tired and just not feeling it. I did managed to run 12.8 miles @ 9:15 average pace so that made me happy 🙂

There was one reason I was excited. I got to wear my RUNNING SKIRT! I just love wearing it, it’s my most comfortable running attire:)
