Today I wish I had a job that allowed me to be outdoors all day. It is just so beautiful outside!!! Oh well at least I get to hit up the track tonight. By the way I am doing a post very soon about my track workouts, so stay tuned 🙂
MID MORNING SNACK
One delightful fruit parfait.
I tried some of Voskos Blended Exotic Fig Yogurt. I really liked it!
LUNCH
Lunch today brought me back to the last cruise I was on. I ordered more smoked salmon sandwiches then anything else!!
Today I created the healthy version! I took two Whole Wheat Thomas Bagels (10grams of protein) and topped it off with Goat Cheese and Smoked Salmon.
