KB was so much fun last night! I only had three people in class because apparently everyone took off for the Holiday Because there were only three of us we really pushed it and we even busted out the focus mitts. Here is a little video I stole from YouTube
I love when we do focus mits because my arms are always soooo sore the next day!!
This morning I almost got 9 hours of sleep!!! Yesterday I was dragging all day from the lack of sleep I had on Sunday Today I feel so rested and ready to work hard and be WAY more productive.
BREAKFAST

Overnight Oats:
The night before
- 3/4 cup oats
- 1/2 c almond milk
- 1/2 c light coconut milk
- 1/4 c frozen blueberries
- drizzle of agave nectar
- 1 tbsp flax seed
In the morning:
- 1/4 c Greek Yogurt
- sliced strawberries and 1/2 of a banana
- handful of mega munch
- drizzle of Maranatha PB
Out the door I run!!!
Question: What is your ideal amount of sleep??
I have to get at least 7 hours or 6.5 every night or I am dragging all day!
