Good Afternoon Friends! My friend/reader Amy did such a wonderful Boot camp inspired by my living room boot camps that I just had to share!

So Amy what did you do???
I had an 8-pound medicine ball, a yoga mat, a step and some loud dance music. 🙂
I used the Tar Heel medicine ball workout. It comes with detailed directions and pictures for each move. I added a set of biceps and overhead triceps and forward and reverse lunges. I did 20 reps of each exercise and want to work up to 40. I’ll probably change up the moves, too. I tried to hit the whole body. For cardio I just kept moving hard and fast. I mixed it up with traditional calisthenics, kickboxing moves and the step. Next time I want to add in push-ups and some other favorite moves. This was just a starting point.
