Workout
I decided to give my body some much needed rest instead of going out for my Friday Fun RUN! I was sad I missed it, but listening to my body is the most important thing I can do right now. I have to remember I just ran a MARATHON 4 days ago!
Breakfast
I love making oatmeal in the morning, but as you can see it means more work 🙂
FP is less work 🙂
This morning I added a touch of cinnamon and vanilla almond milk to my coffee 🙂
This is why I don’t mind the extra time making oats 🙂
In the Mix:
- Banana Whipped Oats
- pinch of nutmeg
- pinch of cinnamon
- 1/3 cup of pumpkin
Toppings:
- Mega Much
- Spoonful of Maranatha PB
- Sliced Almonds
- Shake of Shredded Coconut
