Worked away this morning in the comfort of my kitchen, a wonderful work station
I took a lunch break around 2 (I got so busy) and made a Simple Summer Salad, all of it is ok to have on the P90X Nutrition Plan.
- Spinach
- 1 Cup Strawberries
- Sliced Almonds
- Red and Green Peppers
- 1 tbsp fat free Poppy seed dressing
3 of my favorite flax seed crackers from Whole Foods + a Light Laughing Cow Cheese
Love using my cheese spread knife
After I finished eating I took a break from the computer and cleaned the house a bit.
Love LOVE Love a clean kitchen
Dusted and Vacuumed
Washed our sheets and made the bed
I am not teaching Kickboxing tonight, thank goodness I asked to get it covered! I am still pretty sore. NEED MORE WATER!!!
Time to get back to work!
***I am able to listen to Pandora while I work here, anyone have a favorite station??? I am really enjoying Sara Bareilles with Ingird Michaelson variety!
