Last night was sort of a spontaneous evening for Hubby and I. We didn’t have plans and I wasn’t in the mood to stay home and CLEAN so we tried a new Thai restaurant in town (one of our favorite things to do).
I loved that this restaurant had a brow rice option and the perfect portion!
I got the Yellow Curry of course but forgot to tell the NO SPICEY! It was good but I just can’t handle the spice!
What to do next? Thanks to the iPhone we checked out some movie trailers online and decided to go see Avatar in 3D. Never thought I would go see this movie because I am not a big Sci-Fi person, but it was actually REALLY COOL! I love all the CG and the story line wasn’t half bad either.
The movie didn’t get out until almost midnight but it was worth it! We also saw our neighbors there and ended up having a double date…fun night!
I slept in this morning until 7am and when I got up I decided Pancakes were a MUST. I received this Macadamia Nut Pancake and Waffle Mix from my BFF Ging for Christmas and have been dying to try it.
I followed all of the directions plus added some flax seed and a mashed banana into the mix.
They came out beautiful and tasted so delicious! I could actually taste the Macadamia nuts and it reminded me of our honeymoon in Kaui!
I also made some Cranberry Syrup using this cranberry sauce I got on sale from F&E. I am sure this will be the last time I see this in the store until next fall. I just mixed two tbsp Cranberry Sauce plus 1 tbsp Pure Maple Syrup.
Plus a cup of black Jo!
I even made a plate for Bosco with PB, he loved it!
Time to go teach Sunday school to the little ones at Church!!

Hubby and I have lunch plans with the Beavers 🙂

I think that what you published was very logical.
But, what about this? suppose you were to write a awesome title?
I ain’t suggesting your content is not solid, but what if you added something that makes people want more? I mean Pancakes For the Whole Family — nHerShoes is kinda plain. You ought to glance at Yahoo’s front
page and see how they create news headlines to get people to click.
You might add a video or a related pic or two to grab readers
interested about what you’ve got to say. Just my opinion, it could make your posts a little bit more interesting.
I am usually to running a blog and i really admire your content. The article has actually peaks my interest. I’m going to bookmark your site and maintain checking for new information.
