Last night’s track workout was killer! I think it was by far my most challenging. I loved that it pushed me and made me run my heart out. I warmed up for 15-20 minutes then I ran 5×1000’s (2.5 laps) each at 4:15 pace, with a 400 rest in between. I didn’t have time to do a proper cool down, but I should have ran 10 minutes slow to recover. My total mileage was 5.8 miles almost 6. The whole workout took me about 50 minutes total. I stayed right on track and finished strong 🙂

After I ran the track, I met up with Hubby for our Kids World meeting/dinner. We had some super cute mini Mexican food. I enjoyed two mini taco’s and a mini burrito.
The burritos were the size of my finger!
Last night when we got home I got a package on my doorstep. A new sports bra!!

I woke up at 5am this morning and made it to the gym for an easy 20 minutes on the elliptical and A LOT of weights!! I have come up with a great weight routine, I will be sharing it at lunch!
