Boston Here I come AGAIN! SDRR Race Recap
When I woke up this morning I could feel my legs throbbing already I know my soreness will only get worse before it gets better..PAIN IS TEMPORARY! I plan on getting some Yoga in some time today and taking a walk to get my blood flowing.
NEW PLAN
Not even 24 hours after my last goal was achieved and I am ready for another
So today starts the day of a new challenge. I told you all about my IRON “Woman†Challenge, but I have decided to change it a bit. I really miss my strength training and want to take advantage of the P90X videos that we have. I am so CURIOUSE to see if this plan really works? I am not looking to lose any real weight, just want to get leaner and STRONGER. I have almost 90 days before I start training for Chicago so this is the perfect time to try it. I will still get in my fun runs and bike rides in, but really want to take this whole P90X thing serious (well not too serious).
I didn’t think I would follow the meal plan until I read it all thoroughly. It actually isn’t too bad for someone like me. I actually pretty much eat like this all the time. It is lower in carbs and has a nice balance of fats and proteins. I like that they let ME CHOOSE what I want to eat out of their lists instead of following a “meal planâ€, even though they have that too. I will be listening to my body the whole time.

Today I am working from home! I love that I get to watch the Today show while I work away! So of course Breakfast was served in the living room
