This morning I went to do my Shoulders + Arms P90X DVD and it was missing!! I don’t know where I put it 🙁 Instead of being discouraged I decided to do the Cardio DVD. It’s a little shorter, so it actually worked out well with the AB RIPPER X DVD that I had to do after. I have to say the time commitment to this plan is a lot more then I am used to, but I don’t have any excuse to not make the time. I just have to get up a little bit earlier and starting next week I don’t go into work until 10am on Mondays and 9am the rest of the week! I love that I get to switch up my work schedule for the summer 🙂
As you can see the workout kicked my butt! I really liked how the Cardio video starting with Yoga moves and then built up to core, plyos, and killed ab moves.
BREAKFAST
Last night I whipped a bowl of overnight oats:
1 cup Oats + 1/2 cup Almond Milk+ 1/4 cup of frozen blueberries.
This morning I added in the other half of the banana I used from yesterday(yes, I save half of bananas) and added in a little Mega Munch plus a drizzle of Maranatha Almond butter.
The way that I made the AB drizzle is by sticking the AB jar in the microwave for 1 minute.
Yesterday I got a fun package from the lovely folks at Inperspire Towels.
These hand towels are perfect for the gym and hot Yoga. I love that they have so many different encouraging sayings on each one! This one was my favorite 🙂 I need to make a shirt that says this!
