Ya, so running was lacking, but not too shabby for a crazy week 🙂
A Breakdown of the Week
Monday
Swim (2,000yds)
14 mile Bike Ride
Tuesday
Rest Day
Wednesday
- Swim (2,600 yds)
- 60 Minute Kettle Bells
- Taught Kickboxing 1 Hour
Thursday
- 22 mile Bike Ride
Friday
- 5 mile run
- Weights and Abs at Home
Saturday
Sunday
- 7 Mile Run
- Weights and Abs at Home
By the Numbers
- Swim: 4,600 yds
- Bike: 81 miles CRAZY!!
- Run: 12 Miles—->> Need To Get more!!!
- Strength: 3 Days
I really slacked on the running this week need to make sure I get on that. Already this week I have 5 Miles 🙂 I am pretty proud of my cycling numbers!!!
Thoughts:
I need to make sure I listen to my body at all times. I am glad I took Tuesday off because I really needed it. I also learned to always carry extra water and food while cycling, I get a lot hungrier riding then I do running.
I am going to do a fun video about the 411 on Cycling!! It’s going to be fun 🙂
