Fun Friday: Flirty Apron Give-Away

I am glad you all enjoyed our visit to the Fresh and Easy Headquarters last night 🙂

As promised Fridays here at NHS are all about FUN!

First things first let me share some wonderful food finds my friend Amy sent me:

1. They have started carrying MaraNatha AB at Super Wal-Mart!  Well, they also have a dark chocolate almond spread!  Oh, my.  It’s good.  🙂
2. Also, Nature’s Own makes a "Thin Sliced Bagel" that is thicker and heartier than the Bagel Thins.  It’s 40 more calories, but very worth it.  The whole wheat are very good and they don’t have high fructose corn syrup.  I highly recommend them.

I tweeted about my personal trainer friend giving me some eating tips. Well we came to the conclusion that I need to add more complex carbs to my lunches. I always eat lunch and then feel hungry about two hours later. With all the workouts I do in the evening, the complex carbs are a MUST!!

I also had a pre-packed salad with 1/2 an avocado.
