What a day!!!!
All I have to say is ….
It has been a whirlwind of festivities after festivities !!! Starting with check in 🙂
This afternoon Melissa and I headed down to the Sir. Francis Drake Hotel to pick up our name tags and…
swag bags!!!
Love it!
We got a crap load of fun stuff and then headed for a quick snack at Jamba Juice.
I had a Pumpkin Smash Smoothie. I will be sad when this is out of season 🙂
The loot! Check out all the fun kitchen utensils (shoes not included).
What is this?!
Mustache?!
Then it was time to get ready in our hotel room 🙂
Then we were off!!! All the roomies and Emily.
They took us down to the welcome reception in a big bus. Reminded me of our senior trip 😉
The Welcome Reception and Street Food Fare was in the historic Fort Mason Pavilion.
We couldn’t have had a more beautiful night.
As soon as I walked in their were servers handing out wine :)
Our table.
Munchies.
Food Network! They were there filming a show for Cupcake Wars!
Let the food tasting begin!
I was determined to get out of my comfort zone and meet lots of new bloggers. It was actually pretty easy, especially when they just come up to me! I met Cate tonight who is a blogger and a reader, she was so great! Wish we lived closer!
A pastry to munch on while we mingled.
Foodbuzz set up a blogger gift exchange, where we brought some treats from our home town. I was blessed to get some amazing treats from Natalie from St. Louis.
The place was packed!
I tried to pace myself!
I loved the cute Mission Street Cupcakes, but none for me.
They were super adorable though.
I finally got to me Gina! Love her blog 🙂
More food.
(I stole this picture from Monica ) 🙂
These two were great! I can’t wait to start following their blog.
More fun new blogger friends!
And the girl who inspired me to start a blog, Kath! So glad I got to finally meet her.
We are back at the hotel just blogging away. We are all pretty tired so I am sure we are going to call it an early night. Tomorrow we have a blogger run at 6:30am, can’t wait to run in the city 😉
Nite!
