Can you believe it’s already going to be Friday?! Where did the week GO?! Seriously!
DINNER
Tonight I finally got to make dinner at home!!! I feel like the Hub’s and I have been eating out when and where we can for the past week, because it has been GO GO GO!
I have had this bag of TJ’s BBQ Chicken Teriyaki… forever! Tonight was the night to bust it out!
It’s super easy to make. You just dump the chicken into a microwave safe bowl for 4-5 minutes. When it comes out you just toss it in the teriyaki sauce. I only used one packet instead of the two that they give you!
I also did the super easy way to steam up some veggies. I just added in my bag of stir-fry frozen veggies to a 1/2 cup water and let the water evaporate
Dinner is served!
Yum Yum (minus the fatty pieces)
Veggies and Brown Rice (love this rice we get it from Costco it cooks in 90 seconds).
All together. A very well balanced meal
I am doing some speed reading for Thursday night group. We are on chapter 4 of Captivating. Loving the book so far!!
See you all in the morning. I am super excited to go on our Friday FUN RUN, were having home-made apple fritters after our run
