WE DID IT!!! Got through our first dinner party and ate all REAL food!!!!
I think letting our friends know about the challenge really helped To start with we had some fresh baked bread (we brought our own) with lots of healthy toppings. Roasted garlic, red bell peppers, olives, and basil.
Allanah baked a whole chicken with EVOO and Rosemary
A HUGE salad.
They also offered us a Ginger Beer (non-alcoholic), the ingredients were ok, but I only drank a little because it was high in calories and carbs. I wanted to EAT all my calories
My plate! The red potatoes were so savory. They had a little curry baked right in.
We brought dessert! Yep, you heard me right…we had DESSERT!
