The past two days off have been just what I needed!
Cleaning, date night, baking, friends, yoga and lots of pumpkin madness!
I am so glad I finally got PUMPKIN!!!! Did you hear there is going to be a shortage this year?? Better get to the store and stalk up friends! The day I got the pumpkin I knew the first thing that I wanted to make with it was pumpkin oats!
Pumpkin Oats – First Bowl of the Season!
The mix
- 1/3 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 banana
- 1/3 cup pumpkin
- 1/3 cup almond milk
- 1/4 cup water (or less)
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese
- 1 tbsp flax seeds
- Cinnamon
- Pinch salt
- pinch of ground cloves
- pinch of nutmeg
- handful walnuts
I topped it off with a little Apple Butter in a P!
