Babys and Birthdays

Yesterday was so much fun and exhausting all at the same time! I had so much fun I missed my long run this morning, but it was WORTH it!!!

After my hard core boot camp class in the morning…

…I headed to Target and wrapped a fun little basket for “Skinny Bride’s” Baby Shower. Isn’t it cute?

There is even a book in there for her.

Hubby and I shared a plate. Yep, that’s right Hubby was there because it was Co-Ed shower!

After the baby shower, Hubby and I quickly changed for a Tacky 30th Birthday Party!! The girls were asked to where a brides maid dress and the guys were asked to dress the tackiest they could think of.

The Beautiful Birthday girl Jamie and I in our Bride’s Maid dresses, too fun! It was nice to be able to wear my bride’s maids dress again.

 

Hubby went with every pattern he could find..oh my!

For dinner there was a taco bar! These things are becoming so popular!!!

They also had a bar to make fun drinks. I had a gin and tonic for the first time, not bad and this one had zero calories!

There was also beer, I stayed away from that.

I had one chicken taco and one beef taco. I love their little size, perfect portion and amazing flavors!

Oh so fun! We all stayed up way passed midnight and when I got home I crashed and knew there was no way I was going to make my long run. Sometimes you just have to be flexible and there is always tomorrow!!

Time to get ready for work. Only one more Sunday after this one until I get weekends off again!!! Can’t wait!
