Morning friends, I am ALIVE and well 🙂
Yesterday was all about resting and drinking lots of diet 7up and saltine crackers. I now feel like a new women 🙂 Not sure what it was that messed up my stomach yesterday, but I woke up with my full appetite!!
BREAKFAST
Overnight Oats.
Isn’t this the cutest bowl? Hubby got it for me for Christmas. I have yet to us it. Now that summer is here it is PERFECT!
Overnight Oats:
The night before
- 3/4 cup oats
- 1/2 c almond milk
- 1/4 c light coconut milk
- 1/4 c frozen blueberries
- drizzle of agave nectar
- 1 tbsp flax seed
In the morning:
- 1 tbs Greek Yogurt
- handful of mega munch
- spoonful of TJ’s Golden Flax Seed Almond Butter
Workout Plan this week:
Monday: Rested
Tuesday: Core synergistics + AB Ripper
Wednesday: 5 mile + teach KB
Thursday: Chest/Shoulders/AB Ripper + 20 mile Bike Ride
Friday: 6 mile fun run
Saturday: KB + HOT YOGA!!!
Sunday: 12 mile run with Suzie
I can’t believe I am already training for ANOTHER marathon! I am excited to be running Chicago for a greater purpose. St. Jude’s is such an amazing organization and I am proud to run in their honor. I need to come up with a “real†training plan for the marathon. I made one for Ashley for New York and need to make one for myself!! Tonight I will get to it, and I will still be incorporating my P90X videos! A full one month in review of P90X to come tonight.
P.S. I just started reading Eat Pray Love and I can’t put it down!
