This morning my alarm went of at 5:15am, and “Eye of the Tiger†was PLAYING! It was a true motivator for me to get my butt to the gym and pump some iron. I did day 2 of “Making the Cut†and my sit ups and pushups.
This morning I couldn’t wait for breakfast, I am in love with Muesli.
Last night I soaked:
- 1/2 cup Oats
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup soy milk
- vanilla extract
- honey
- cinnamon
- PB2
- 1 tablespoon Ground Flax
This morning I added in:
- 1/2 cup light cottage cheese
- Crushed Pecans
- Fresh Grapes
- Blueberries
- Bobbi’s Granola Greatness
All mixed UP!
Sad I ran out of bananas this weekend, but because I am really watching our budget and bananas are the ONLY thing we need at the Market I don’t think it’s worth the trip.
I am glad that you all loved the Vlog last night, it was totally informal and spur of the moment. I promise we will do some more fun ones! I guess wearing the same PJ’s all week isn’t so bad, and I like the ideas readers gave about just sleeping in my Birthday Suit;).
