There have been a lot of things I have enjoyed about this week and the first one being my new HEALTHY energy drink by FRS!

As I have been pulling some late nights and early mornings, I have needed the extra boost! I took the chews on my 30 mile bike ride and my stomach handled them just fine and it gave me the sustained energy my body needed to finish!!!
Since the FRS Health Energy is loaded with vitamins and minerals! It’s been a great replacement for my 2pm tiredness.  I really liked a lot of the the flavors and they are super low in sugar. MY FAVORITE WAS THE Low Calorie Citrus Pomegranate a close seconds was the Apricot Nectarine .
I had one right before my 18 mile run on Tuesday night and it gave me a boost just as FRS promises! Yes, I said TUESDAY NIGHT! It was a crazy run!

Thank you for sharing this! After reading your blog yesterday, I went to the grocery store and bought the Wild Berry FRS drink on my lunch break and tried it in the afternoon. I’m doing the Shred right now as well as training for a half marathon (next Sunday!!!). I had 7 miles of speed work on my schedule after an 8 hour work day, and this drink definitely helped me push through. Plus it was super tasty and I love that it’s not carbonated (carbonated drinks tend to upset my stomach). I went out and bought some more of the drinks and can’t wait to try the soft chews on my long run tomorrow morning – hoping they will be better than the gels, which I have a hard time forcing town mid race. Any-who, sorry for the long comment! Just wanted to say how much I LOVE the FRS drinks!
