You are going to do 3 different circuits two times through and then do a cardio blast before you move on to the next circuit:

Circuit #1
1. 10 Pushups
2. 10 V-Ups
3. 20 squats
Repeat
Cadio Blast—-> 50 Jumping Jacks

Circuit #2
1.10 inch worms
2. 15 bicep curls with a shoulder press and squat
3. 20 tricep kickbacks
Repeat
Cadio Blast—-> 50 Mt Climbers

Circuit #3
1.15 Latteral Raises front and side
2. 15 Lower Leg Lifts
3. 20 Prison Squats (deeper squat)
Repeat
Cadio Blast—-> 15 Squat Thrusts
