Happy Martin Luther King Day. In honor of MLK I am getting all of my dreamed projects done today 🙂 I have big dreams about what today will look like and I am really hoping that I get a lot done, so that I can rest by dinner time!!

I am off to the market to get all my goods for the week:

Dinners:

Monday: Cooking Light Chicken Enchiladas (with a little twist)

Tuesday: Salmon and Beef Tenderloin Steaks (his and her dinner)

Wednesday: Leftovers

Thursday: Salsa Chicken in the Crockpot

Friday: Chicken and Pepperoni Skillet

Saturday: Date Night

Sunday: Moroccan Chicken and Butternut Squash Soup

Lunches:
Quinoa and Tuna
Black Bean Soup and Salad
HUGE salads with Sardines
Tuna Wraps

Breakfast:
Oatmeal
Protein Smoothies
Protein Pancakes
Kashi Go Lean and Egg White Puffs

Snacks:
Cottage Cheese and Berries
String Cheese and an Apple
Greek Yogurt and Granola
Banana Protein Shakes
Homemade protein bars
