Can you belive I am already at week 12 of my HIM training!!! Where did the time go? This is it. No turning back now. My 12 week training plan is coming to an end and Sunday I will CROSS that finish line!!!

- 9.25 mile run

- 1,800 yd Swim + Spin + weights
Wednesday
- 4 mile run + Kettlebells
Thursday
- 17 mile bike ride
Friday
- 8 mile tempo run + 1,400 yds swim
Saturday
- 45 mile bike ride (3.5 hours)
Weekly Totals:
- Swim: 3,200 yds ..OH YA!!!
- Bike: 60 minute Spin + 62 miles WOOT!!!!!
- Run: 21.25 miles
- Strength: 1 day of kettlebells + 1 day of weights

- 60 minute Spin + 45 Minute Swim (1,400 yds)
Tuesday
- 90 minutes Hot Yoga
Wednesday
- OFF
Thursday

Friday

Saturday
- Angels Landing Hike

- Swim: 1,400 yds
- Bike: 60 minute Spin
- Run: 11 miles
- Strength: Hot yoga + hiking
Goals for this week:
- Get in 2 runs +Â an easy swim + 2 days of yoga+ one more brick workout (only did one this whole training oops!
- Figure out final transition set-up, nutrition goals, etc.
- Stock up on Recoverite, fuel for race
- Pack!
- pick up bike from step Dad, he tuned it up for me 🙂

I think that about covers it ALL! I leave for the OC on Saturday to stay with the Watson’s 🙂
