It has been a great day of REST!
BREAKFAST
This morning I enjoyed a bowl of whipped banana oats with blueberries and Love Crunch.
LUNCH
Another bowl, but this one was filled with:
- Kale
- Spinach
- Black Beans
- Corn
- BBQ Chicken from last night ๐
- + a dollop of Fage
One heck of a salad! Tomorrow I am going to add in some avocado!
With some crackers and hummus, also from the party.
I LOVE Diet Ginger Ale. I wouldn’t normally purchase this myself, but we have some leftover from the party and I am going to enjoy every last sip ๐
I had Tiff and Amy over for Tea & Muffins this afternoon, ’twas a great idea. The muffins were from a box and didn’t come out as great as I would have liked ๐
The tea made up for it ๐

We were meeting to chat over how our Chronological Bible Reading was going. So far, so good! We are all both really enjoying it. It’s funny how we are all finding some great questions and discussion points. Only 11 more months to go!
WORKOUT
Tonight I am headed to Kettle Bells, WEEK 4 here I come! Can you believe it’s been 4 weeks? I am a little nervous about Friday’s weigh in, but I say whatever I feel GREAT and that’s all that matters. I have to be honest… I really miss my sweaty kickboxing classes, but I know that the weight lifting is just as good it’s just a whole new feeling. I do sweat, just not as much.
I just had some chicken and rice..I was hungry…here goes nothing!
P.S. After kettle bells I am having FroYo with a friend, shhhhhh…don’t tell my instructor ๐
