Morning friends!
I am happy to be back to reality. My four day weekend was just what I need to be refreshed and rejuvenated! Best part of my weekend…Â I ate a lot, slept a lot, ran a lot, and cleaned a lot! Now time to get back at it.
Do you have 15-20 minutes today? Well then let’s hit the floor for a killer AB workout!
Time:15-20 minutes
What you will need: Yoga Mat and determination!
50 crunches
25 ab leg lifts
2 minute plank
1 minute side plank on each side
and Repeat!
