20 Minute Tuesday

Hello Friends! I have a fun 20 minute Tuesday video for you all 🙂

This one will get your bootie burning!

I have posted the workout below!! We did something similar last week! 

 

Time: 20 minutes
What you need: Timer and YOU!

Do each workout for 45 seconds with a 15 second rest in between. Repeat 3 times!

1. Jump squats 45 seconds
2. Walking Pushups- 45 seconds
3. Double Jump Squat- 45 seconds
4. Alternating Lunges 45 seconds
5. Mountain Climbers 45 Seconds

Rest for 15 seconds in between at the end rest for 1 minute and REPEAT!!
