My first week of HIM training went so well!! I really enjoyed mixing it up! I learned this week that I need to spread my bike rides, so I will be doing my Friday bike rides now on Mondays! I am sure I learn something new this week ๐

Tonight we had an easy yet fresh dinner!!! After the day I had I couldn’t wait to relax at the table with the Hubs ๐ Cleaning always exhausts me!
I roasted another whole beer chicken on the grill. This time I forgot to turn the heat down :(รย I quickly remembered and fixed the heat, but the skin got a little toooooo charred! The inside was still good ๐
I also grilled up fresh zucchini, red potatoes, and made a fresh fruit salad.
I forgot how nice it is to have fruit salad with dinner, it’s like dessert ๐
