THE MCCORMICK’S 3rd ANNUAL SUPER BOWL PARTY

So how did 2011 go?! We partied like Rock Stars 😉

This year Hubby and I decided to invite our friends from work over to celebrate the big game. We wish we could have had ALL our friends over, but I have learned that sticking to a specific group of friends per party always works out better.

So let’s start with the best part of the party…the FOOD!

I made my easy cheesy chili dip! 1 bar of cream cheese+1 can turkey chili+cheese!

It’s always a big hit! You just stick it in the microwave for 5 minutes and ta-da!

I also made BBQ!!! I made pulled chicken and pulled beef 🙂 No pork for me.

Another super easy recipe I will be sharing this week.

Our friend Annie brought the best Chinese Chicken Salad 🙂

I enjoyed the chicken, so good!

On to the munchies.

This was my favorite dessert, chocolate peanut popcorn..OH MY!

 

and this trifle!

I enjoyed a little bit of both.

Of course we did another $5 pool. Guess what? I WON 🙂 GO PACKERS!

Such a fun party! While Hubby and I cleaned up last night, Bosco watched and relaxed. Must be nice being a dog 😉

My favorite parts of the Super Bowl this year?

• Christina Aguliera forgetting an entire verse of the national anthem!!! 
• This commercial
• The intense ending!
• That the PACKERS WON!
